Nick Giammarco is the creative principal of Studio H2G, a retail strategy and design studio known for crafting innovative, impactful brand environments. With 35+ years of experience, Nick specializes in retail strategy, master planning, and brand environments that drive business success and engage customers.
Sought after by developers, brand owners, and investors, he has led major projects across the USA, South America, Europe, and the Middle East—including work with Brookfield Properties, Turkmall, and Klepierre. H2G work spans retail design, financial, shopping center planning, mixed-use developments, and food & beverage environments, with notable projects for Busch’s Markets, Marco’s Pizza, and Trek Bikes.
Nick’s visionary approach to placemaking and customer-centric experiences has earned him international recognition, along with multiple design awards. He is also a sought-after speaker, lecturing on retail design, consumer trends, and food & beverage at global industry events like ICSC and POPAI.
Born in Rome, Nick holds a degree from Lawrence Technological University and continues to influence retail development strategies worldwide.

Ted is the President and CEO of Shaw Constuction and Management. He is responsible for all aspects of our Team Build process. He is committed to delivering and leading the most qualified team to maintain our reputation as a superior Team Build construction company. He has worked with credit unions all over Michigan since 2009 and has been in the commercial construction industry since 1998
